Rules for Participation in the Drawing of the Award “The Best Broker”
1. Eligibility
1.1. Participation is open to all brokers who have registered on the MayVote website. 1.2. Participants must be legally operating within their respective countries. 1.3. Employees of MayVote and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Registration
2.1. Participants must complete the registration form on the MayVote website. 2.2. All registration information must be accurate and complete. 2.3. Registration opens on June 1, 2024, and closes on April 15, 2025.
3. Voting Process
3.1. Voting will be conducted online through the MayVote website. 3.2. Each registered user can cast one vote per category. 3.3. Voting opens on June 1, 2024, and closes on April 30, 2025.
4. Criteria for Selection
4.1. Brokers will be judged based on customer feedback, performance metrics, and overall reputation. 4.2. Additional criteria may be specified on the MayVote website.
5. Announcement of Winners
5.1. The winner will be announced on May 6, 2025. 5.2. The announcement will be made on the MayVote website and through MayVote’s official social media channels. 5.3. The winner will be contacted directly via the contact information provided during registration.
6. Award
6.1. The title of “The Best Broker” will be awarded to the broker with the highest number of votes. 6.2. The winner will receive a trophy and a certificate. 6.3. Additional prizes may be announced closer to the award date.
7. Terms and Conditions
7.1. By participating, brokers agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of MayVote, which are final and binding. 7.2. MayVote reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity. 7.3. MayVote reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Changes will be posted on the MayVote website.
8. Privacy
8.1. All personal information collected during the registration and voting process will be used in accordance with MayVote’s privacy policy. 8.2. Participants consent to the use of their names and likenesses in promotional materials.
